What a delightful hidden gem! How did we not find this before!? Fabulous atmosphere and all around great stop! Dined on the patio with beautiful fountain, that only adds to the ambiance and helps make a more intimate experience. Food was amazing. Highly recommend the pretzels and Cowboy Reuben! And Sam was a very knowledgeable and fun server!

Decided to have drinks one Thursday evening here after reading their drink menu online. I had the First lady, and my husband had the Honest Abe. Both were great and I'd recommend either if you like the alcohol of choice for each drink. Also had dinner (which was unplanned but it looked good so why not?). I had the grilled cheese deluxe, husband had the pub burger. The grilled cheese could have maybe been seasoned or something a little--it seemed a little bland for what it advertised. Either way, it wasn't bad at all and I'd probably get it again. Overall, we definitely plan to return to this establishment and would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent cocktail bar in the area. Looking forward to going there on Jazz night!

I absolutely LOVE this place! Taylor, Ashley, Raelan are amazing bar tenders, they always make the best drinks, always super friendly and sweet! The staff is pretty amazing and I had a fish taco today for the first time and it hit the spot! I recommend coming here, it's always cleanly and really chill!

SO GOOD. Wife and I stopped in for dinner and drinks. Everything was superb (and we are very picky). If I had a complaint, the blackened Ahi was on the salty side, but the overall flavor was wonderful. I had the lemon chicken, which was more subtle than any I have had before (don't think of lemon syrup from a Chinese restaurant - its nothing like that). Also had three of their specialty drinks between us and each was awesome (I had the Boston Tea Party and the Honest Abe. Loved both, but liked the Abe slightly more) Waitress was awesome. Service/speed was awesome. Prices were reasonable. Can't wait to go back.

Absolutely Hands down the best food available in the City of Washington. I've eaten here 4 times now and every single time has been a beyond expectation experience. Tonight I had the privilege of having the "Beer Cheese Soup" w/chives and it was almost as thick as a porridge. It was so pleasing to the palate and equaling filling to my appetite. Next I had the Ahi Tuna Tempura which was coated on the outside with white pepper and freshly cracked black pepper, paired with breaded and fried asparagus spears, wasabi reduction, horseradish and an extremely spicy hot sauce. Everything about this meal was enjoyable, the timing of the service from Taylor Stewart was impeccable and the atmosphere perfect. Kudos to Mark Kennison and his crew for an another amazing dining experience.
