Excellent service. Steak options with some Asian flavors. I thought the food was good but not special. The crab fried rice was a bit too salty and the rock fish wasn’t particularly flavorful or flaky. Dessert was freshly baked and nice. Nice wine selections. Server was very friendly and was wearing mask and gloves the whole time. Dined here December 2020.

Great, great, great steak. Wife had filet and I had Strip a truly great delicious steak. Eggplant appetizer and Artichoke were just wonderful.
Will be back soon is the best compliment you can give. Welcome addition to Georgetown.

The food was fantastic, the service was super great, and we got a chance to meet the Chef, Wolfgang Puck. It was a little too loud, which made it difficult to have a conversation. Nevertheless, the experience was very nice.

Welcome to Georgetown! We honestly had one of the best dinners of our life last night. Everything was out of this world! Congrats to Chef Puck and the entire CUT DC team! Every single moment was on point! Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent experience checking out the new Cut restaurant bar. Extensive wine list, great cocktails and attentive staff. Thank you bartender Drew for a great introduction to a new spot!

Good but not at the level of the Vegas or LA Cut (yet). The steaks and sides were very good. The chicken is amazing. However the appetizers are ok (the salad was over salted and hamachi was "ok") Friendly service but the appetizers came very quickly (even before the drinks arrived).
