Can be crowded during commuting hours. Staff are pretty fast at fulfilling orders. Prices are higher than other locations in the DMV area

I'm so disappointed. Ordered a croissant sandwich and I get to work and the croissant was burnt and hard. Absolutely inedible. Had to toss, wasted my money. Won't be going back to this location.

The lady who works here is very rude. Very unhygienic. You could not order over half of the drinks and food items because “she didn’t want to turn on the ovens.” She was very disrespectful to those coming in who weren’t her frequent buyers or friends. Overall, would never come back here again.

DD is usually pretty consistent with their coffee no matter the location...but not this one. I've been to this location twice and both times my coffee tasted stale. The lady who works there was always rude. The last time I was there, I waited for almost 10 mins (I was the only one there btw). She couldn't figure out why the espresso machine wasn't working. Finally after almost 10 mins, she realized the espresso machine was out of coffee. She stuck and swung her bare hand around where the coffee beans are stored to "check" if it was empty or not. I cancelled my order and told her she shouldn't stick her hand down there (she was wearing a mask on her chin, touching her face and other stuff the entire time). She scoffed at me and gave me the worst attitude and yelled out to her co-worker that "the customer cancelled the order because I StUCk My HaNd iN Da CoFfEEee".........pandemic or not this is pretty disgusting, the hygiene and her attitude. Never returning to this location ever again.

The cashier guy was super rude and kept making faces while I was giving my order. If you don’t want to work your job, then don’t do it. Used their bare hands to give donut. Cappuccino was badly made.

Very clearly asked for black tea.. was charged for a latte and the lady refused to give me the refund (almost $3 difference). Also there was some black flake in my tea :/
