Excellent customer service. I went to drive thru about 40 minutes before closing and they did not have enough grilled chicken for a bucket. They made us a fresh bucket with no complaint. Young man at drive thru was very patient and courteous. All food was hot and fresh. Soft biscuits and complimentary iced tea while we waited!

I ate at this KFC on Sunday September 3, 2017, I ordered one of the $5 meals. As I was sitting out in the Lobby eating, the manager name Joe came up to me and asked me was my food OK. I said yes. He said good. Then he told me he wanted to do a survey. I said Ok. He asked to use my cell phone, which I though was a little weird, but I let him use it. I thought he was going to pull the survey up online and let me complete the survey, but he didn't. Instead, he asked to see my receipt, then he sat about 10 minutes filling out the survey himself. Afterwards he told me he was going to give me something free. I said Ok. I've never known managers to fill out their own surveys. I though that was the customers job, but oh well, at least I got a free piece of chicken and biscuit!
