Very poor customer service. As lady called Miaza was very nasty. There’s no management after 6pm according to her. Forget asking for baskin Robbins the lady said it’s not a baskin robbin even though the website states that. Mind you she is not a manager. I drove 30 mins bc it said 24 hrs drive thru and have never experienced this from a baskin Robbins so if you would like late night snacks please do yourself a favor and go to the baskin Robbins in Hyatsville. They have great customer service there.

Not a good selection. Drove 7 miles to only have a very limited selection. If you are looking for an ice cream sunday you won't get it here. No selection of ice cream. They use one machine to make only shakes with. That is not a baskin Robins. You are better off getting that ice cream fix from a grocery store compared to this location.

They were lazy. They switched the flavor of my order. When I asked them to correct it, they told me they were out of soft serve icecream. I feel like it was an excuse...that they just didn't want to fix my order. Overall poor service.

BR Express. Went there on Father's Day afternoon. No ice cream just frozen custard or frozen yogart, whatever it was supposed to be. There was just one machine and it wasn't working. And how does this establishment carry the BR name? A half- or no-star would be a more accurate rating.

The employee didn't speak English very well, and got out soft serve order wrong. Then lied and told us "it was the last one" as if the machine broke on our order....do better! Definitely my last time going there

Summer day and I wanted something sweet and cold. So cam to BR. And found that they now have an attitude. If you are having a bad day, maybe don't come to work today.
