The pick 2-3 items really is not the way to go here. It's cafeteria quality and very bland. I highly recommend ordering made to order food from the kitchen. The Thai and Vietnamese options especially seem to be better quality than the Chinese options. Also don't order the orange chicken, They just add orange peel bits to the already made general's chicken which isn't very good, and it doesn't get the orange flavor. If you order the orange beef instead, the orange flavor actually gets cooked in because they don't have it pre-made. Unfortunately this is the only Chinese food option for a mile west of China town, so if you work near the White House, it's this, or have something delivered. Also, the Address Google has here is wrong. It's actually located within the Food Court on F St. & 13th.

This place is absolutely some TRASH. I wish I could give it no stars. Went here for lunch and got the 2 entree special for $7.30. I'm a vegetarian and requested the fried rice with the shrimp and veggies x 2 as my entree. They didn't have any shrimp in the shrimp and veggie entree and told me there wasn't any and then told me it would take 5 minutes. I decided to wait. They loaded my plate with old slimy veggies and SIX pieces of baby sized shrimp and I mean baby sized shrimp. When I asked if I could receive more, they told me there wasn't any and I asked if this was standard and they said yes. I sucked it up and thought it couldn't taste as bad as it looked. Boy was I wrong! Disgusting. Wish I could get a refund. Save your time and money and try the Hibachi place or even the SOHO cafe located in the food court.
