The Wydown

Y'all know me lol. I'm here almost every day, good coffee and baked goods, great breakfast biscuit sandwich, great internet and comfy seats + thriving green plants at the Apollo lobby/2nd floor which is open to Wydown customers, staff knows me by name even though I don't chitchat. Only improvement is - please start recycling?? ♻️ *Cough* owner/manager? I take home my empty Kombucha bottles and plastic iced coffee cups (yes, I hear you, I should always bring a mug) bc they don't recycle. Until then, I recommend reusing the screw-top glass kombucha bottles. They make great mini-growlers for leftover beer.

Whether you want to meet up with a friend and catch up, study, or get some work done this place is a nice go to👍🏾 Parking on H can be a hassle depending on the day, but it’s worth the trip. The staff is friendly. You even have outdoor seating to choose from. The location is ASL friendly. So bring your positive and inclusive attitude to this cute cafe ☕️

Vibes: good. Chill music. Clean. Nice staff. Wide walkways but only one booth/table everything else is bar or high tops outside. Coffee: medium body and tasty. Definitely freshly brewed (came at 1030 am) Food: the classic was very tasty. cinnamon bun is dessert level rich. Directions: when you walk in the pastry case is to the right of the register. Lattes get handed over the bar, coffees and pastries at the register. Food comes out on the opposite end of the bar by the snake plants. All milks are on the counter.
