Great location and great staff! I've been in the neighborhood for two years and stop in here when I run out at home. Calvin and the rest of the staff are all so nice and they work really hard to get orders out fast. That said, they stay pretty busy, especially in the mornings as you can imagine. Since I use order-ahead through the app, I always give 10-minutes at a minimum, but the app tells you the approximate wait time. Also, it is possible to tip through the app! If you can spend $6 on a coffee, you can spare another dollar or two to show your appreciation if you similarly have a good experience. Recommend this location, for sure.

I have been frequenting this location for 6 years due to its proximity to my job. It is one of the nicest, most efficent Starbucks. They make you feel like family, especially Calvin. He knows your name and your orders. He held down this location through that pandemic. If he has not been promoted, he should. Great job young man.

I’ve only ever had great experiences at this location and I order from there almost every single day. Each employee always greets me and each customer with a smiling face. I had preordered my coffee as I usually do and accidentally sent it to the wrong store. Meanwhile there were many other customers but Nae went out of her way to help me while also taking care of everyone else. She did so with a smile and was happy to help. Great location and great people!! Thanks Nae!

The cashier Nae was swamped in a very big rush. She asked me my name once and the baristas missed my food order. Nae noticed I was still waiting and asked me by name what I was still waiting for. This showed attentiveness and excellent customer experience by remembering my name and keeping an eye on what was still pending (while helping 20 other people). Thank you, Nae!!
