This place is amazing. I had company come down and this was on our list of "must go" - and they were not disappointed. The staff is friendly, the establishment is clean and the food is delicious. The concept is simple and this place definitely delivers the best chicken around.

Pretty tasty sandwiches, but I do miss the parmesan "feathers" they used to have. Great fries, but the other sides are interesting, too. Can be a little slow, but it's certainly fresh.

First time here. Was recommended by my eye doctor. Food was bomb. I had BBQ Big Dixie. Hit the spot. Staff was friendly and establishment is clean. Found a new spot for comfort food!

The food was simply delicious! I haven’t had food that tastes this good since sitting at my sister’s dining room table for some home-cooked southern comfort food. I highly recommend them.

We ordered ahead online using their app. The app is actually pretty functional and easy to use. The food took about 15 minutes. We ordered the 20 pc feast with fries and creamy coleslaw. We decided to take the food home to eat (about a 10 minute drive). The chicken and their selection of sauces was great; however, the fries were stale (maybe from the 10 minute drive) and the coleslaw was too creamy. Other than that, we'll likely return because they have good chicken and a good selection (chicken strips, rotisserie, sandwiches, pulled chicken).

3 word: Pulled Chicken Sandwich. You will NOT be disappointed. The manager was there when we went and you wouldn't know it cause he was dressed like the rest of the staff and he came to talk to us for a while. Genuine friendly service.

Enthusiastic staff. Good food. Quick service, central location near Dupont Circle. Try the sweet potato tater tots, the pulled chicken sandwich, the rotisserie chicken, and above all the warm, iced carrot cake.

Great first experience at Chickery. The gal at the counter was patient and helpful as we tried to figure out what we wanted. I ordered the Parmesan chicken feathers, which were really flavorful, especially the seasoned breading. The shoestring fries were cooked just right and the BBQ dipping sauce was a winner.
Portions were large and prices were reasonable: 2 of us ate for $20. I'm actually looking forward to leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Amazing food, and friendly service. The Chickery is our new favorite spot. The sides are really good and I even liked the Sweet Tea, which I normally don't go in for. Only downside is there isn't a lot of space to sit and enjoy.

The staff was very friendly and courteous, my food was out in just a minute or two, and when you throw in the relaxing atmosphere and a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine it's definitely worth visiting.
Do yourself a favor and try the carrot cake, its great!
