We visited after being exhausted from all the walking at zoo. Surprised that this location has no wheelchair or stroller access and is actually at the basement. Some students were creating a havoc during lunch time,but the manager was quick enough to react and handled the situation efficiently. Ordering is easy via the kiosks.

This place was like there McDonald's I've been in. It was underground. Very nice and clean. Also never been to one that you had to pay to use the bathroom, so if you gotta go...make sure you have 25 cents handy. The food I ordered looked fabulous, like the commercials portray it...excellent

Feeling hungry love to be in McDonald after such along time old memories refreshed, had filet fish and chicken refill your drink with multiple options.

It's McDonald's. But everyone is so nice! We got an extra serving of fries in my grandson's Happy Meal. And one of the patrons, who appeared to be a regular, helped not only us when we were looking for the bathroom, but helped a couple, too! Definitely a great McDonald's to go to before or after the zoo - or just in the neighborhood.

Sometime the people don't speak English we all have to learn something. The parking lot had some changes and now they have employees outside taking the order instead of using the drive thru system which I found a creative way to swift the process. The staff is usually pretty nice and the fries are always
hot but little salty which should be considered.

Excellent customer service,Very clean location , fresh coffee and hot hash brown, this McDonald has a biggest problem there is no access for Handicap person with wheelchair and Kids with stroller.
Its very convenient location just next to Woodley Park/Zoo metro station 🚉 .
