Let me tell you, I've only ever been to this McDonald's the one time, and it became my favorite McDonald's. They don't phuck around, they get right to business, they're friendly, efficient, and that food is out to you almost as soon as you've placed your order. Faster than Jimmy John's! The absolute best service I've ever received at any McDonald's. Thank You McDonald's 💚

by far the best mcdonald's experience i have had in my life. not only was the service amazing, so was the food. when i arrived at union station, i looked for the closest fast food near me. this mcdonald’s was the first thing i saw and i thought to myself, “eh mcdonald’s will do”. boy was i wrong. the food at this mcdonald’s was comparable to a michelin star restaurant. the fries and nuggets were the perfect crispness. i felt as if i arrived in heaven; rather than union station.

My personal experience wasn't bad. Trains here come and go quickly so service has to be super fast. That means there's occasional mistakes like my burger didn't have tomatoes. But that's ok considering the situation I applaud them for keeping the place moving. If the station had any other options I would explore them but for lack of time this is the best bet.

Service was fast and friendly during my June 2019 visits to this McDonald's in Union Station. It opens at 4 a.m. according to an employee. I enjoyed eating breakfast here on June 21 and 22nd, 2019. The hotcakes, hash browns, oatmeal, and orange juice that I ordered were all tasty. The restaurant apparently closes a bit after 11 p.m.. Soon after my arrival at Union Station on the evening of June 20 around 11:30 p.m. or 11:45 p.m., when I visited the restaurant an employee informed me and other customers waiting to order that they were closing and only had a few things left. I ordered French fries and an orange juice, which were tasty. The restaurant is located on the same level as the Union Station exits that lead toward the United States Capitol Building. This is one level above the numerous restaurants on the lower level of Union Station. And, it is below the levels where Amtrak Trains and buses arrive. For a reasonably priced, tasty meal I recommend this restaurant. It may be the best place in Washington, DC, for a reasonably priced early morning breakfast.
