The food and the service was amazing. Real authentic Chinese food. The portions are bigger than usual but delicious. The interior of the restaurant is outdated however don’t judge a book by its cover. Give it a try.

This was a really nice vibe for a late night. Lots of people “possibly because it was late and the only thing open but was also the same night of a Doja Cat concert” The food was really good, I had beef and broccoli and it tasted different from any other I’ve had before (I’m a good way) and it was honestly one of the top Chinese take outs for me.

I ran in for a few steamed dumplings before a show at Capitol Arena. Though there were no patrons in the restaurant, the server was happy to help and made the experience quick and simple. I got my dumplings and enjoyed every bite as I walked back to find I no longer had to stand in a long line for entry into the show.

No comment on the atmosphere. Food was decent and did the job for a 2am run. No one was rude, but the food was expensive. $18 for fried rice is a bit much. If you can stomach the DC dog sized rats walking around outside the establishment, then you’ll be okay to eat here.

This food is wonderful! The only complaint I have is about the vagrants and drug addicts that hang out near the restaurant entrance. Aside from that, best chinese food on the planet.

The facade and the interior were outdated and underwhelmed. But the food were authentic Chinese flavor. We ordered eggplant with beef ribs, stir fry noodles with beef, and garlic vegetables. They were tasty. The service I wouldn’t say good or bad. It’s just typical Chinese restaurant style that you would find everywhere in Chinatown New York or Boston. They would not come over to check on you. But if you wave to them asking for something, they would bring it to your quickly.

Best Chinese food I have ever had and in large portions. Delicious you could lick your fingers. Atmosphere very quite and not to crowded. Staff very attentive. So much food you can eat and take home…

Hands down one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve ever been to. I know the building isn’t all that modern and great but the food is amazing. I love the beef and eggplant casserole. Fried rice was also very good. Prices are very reasonable considering the big portion size. The waiters were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. After a long day walking through DC and touring museums, this really hits the spot for me!

Our first time here, food was great (like NYC). We ordered one rice and 3 of us ate from it. Well worth the money. 👍🏼👍🏼😁

The food was delicious - so much so I was planning on leaving a 30% tip. However, the owners manually wrote in a 20% tip before handing me the final bill... not a service fee, they just wrote my tip in pen on my receipt and asked me to sign. Isn't that kinda weird? Anyways still would come back 8/10.
