Fast service and good food, what more could you want! Your typical shop in a major train station. But definitely one of the more healthier options in the station while your waiting for a train or just coming in for a visit.

The lady making my sandwich was very nice (and fast) the coffee is good too. The cashier was also helpful when I used up the dollar coins you get from the DC metro. I first went to an Au Bon Pain in Boston in 1979. They are still better than a typical chain.

The food and coffee are always great but I find myself confused about where to go, how to order items, etc. The staff are helpful though.

A good place to fill up a water bottle while traveling for free. They have a soda and ice machine, most other places in the station do not

Amazing service. Everyone that works here is so friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I stopped by for a quick breakfast and I’m glad I chose Au Bon Pain out of all the other spots at union station. Best breakfast at the station

I got the most delicious almond croissant I've ever had in my life! Yet, the only reason I give it 4 stars is because the sign said the croissant was 249 and it actually was 351. That's over $1 difference. I still paid it because the croissant looks so awesomely good LOL. But I don't like being surprised by prices no matter how much money I have

What a great spot to grab food on the go before taking a train. But the big asset here is the manager, Colleen. She provided exceptional service - going above and beyond the usual. Thank you, Au Bon Pain, for an excellent experience.

This place has a great selection of quick , healthy options at good prices. I had the egg white, cheddar , and avocado on whole wheat bagel. This was very tasty, but I was disgusted to find several hairs in it. The young man who prepared the food clearly needed to wear a hair net. Because of this unsanitary disgrace, I give four stars where I'd otherwise have given five. I found the prices quite reasonable at 2.99 for a decent sized Chai tea
