Nestled neatly into Barracks Row, this longtime establishment offers an incredible cozy atmosphere. It's a fantastic family run business and the staff were great. The tortellini alla panna was delicious. The penne alla vodka was solid, but a little bland. I'm eager to come back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend to those in the area looking for a casual italian spot.

Very authentic Italian restaurant. Ambiance is cute and cozy. Service was exceptional. Just got back from a 2 week vacation there and it felt like I’d stepped right back. 😁 The pasta isn’t homemade but it’s super good. The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken is super good. Also the pesto fettuccine was great. Pistachio ice cream was good. Just don’t order The tiramisu. It’s not authentic. Tastes like pudding with angel food cake. I’d definitely go back.

Visiting DC from Phoenix, AZ and this was the first stop on our trip. Amazing pasta, some of the best I’ve ever had. I got the fettuccine alfredo and my wife got the penne arrabbiata, both were excellent. Also we were impressed with the portion sizes. Had a good amount of leftovers. Highly recommend this place if you want some outstanding authentic Italian food!

Went there for my birthday. The staff and server were so sweet and thoughtful. Amazing espresso martini and tiramisu! Our server was also so attentive despite how busy they were! Flaming ice cream makes an incredible candle! :) 100% recommend it.

This place consistently blows me away - it’s prices are totally reasonable (especially their wine menu!) and their pasta is excellent. They also cater to gluten free which is such a relief for those of us with dietary restrictions. And the staff is always friendly and accommodating!

Trattoria Alberto is a wonderful Italian restaurant that offers a delightful dining experience for a satisfying dinner or a romantic date. We were enticed by their menu, particularly their selection of delectable desserts. The Ricotta & Pistachio Cake, Chocolate Mousse Pie, Tiramisu, and Tartufo were all great choices. However, what stood out the most was the presentation of the Tartufo.

My wife and I love Italian food and wanted to try something new and this restaurant did not disappoint. We showed up on a Saturday night and was seated quickly. Our waiter Manuel was very attentive and food came out fast. The food and drinks were very good. Definitely a great place for a date night. Highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Italian food.

Wanted to have some amazing carbs before I transition to over to whole 30. Came by this establishment but no reservations but was able to receive a seat immediately. Service was very quick. Appetizers as well as the meal came out quickly. Atmosphere is kind of dim. It could be a little tight I feel like a lot of the tables are really close to each other. There is no front desk person so you literally walk in and whoever sees you first helps you get arranged and seated. I would definitely recommend this place.
