From the moment I stepped inside, I was transported to a vibrant world filled with delicious aromas and a lively atmosphere. This five-star review is well-deserved as Cactus CantinaI is a great place to find the best Tex-Mex food. The moment you sit down, the friendly staff greets you with warm smiles, making you feel instantly welcome. Atmosphere was great. Staff was friendly & efficient. Food was delicious. 2nd visit-had a few hiccups but our server Ryan was excellent, very responsive & quick to resolve our issues. My shrimp enchiladas were excellent. My companion had beef tacos & he enjoyed them. 3rd visit was ok. Very rowdy table close to us foos was ok. Server could barely speak English. DON'T bother getting a Margherita, almost $18 for barely 12oz of beverage, then after adding ice, it's even less. It's not worth it.

A kids playground that serves TexMex! This restaurant is well integrated into the neighborhood. The food flavors are dimmed for the local population. Drink more to compensate. Extensive amount of outdoor and indoor seating. Outdoor seating is first come, first serve. Good venue for large groups. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a venue for families and friends to hang out. If you want authentic Mexican food look elsewhere.

I'm from Texas and I can say they have very good Mexican food, but the service is lacking, even though they were not very busy. We arrived early afternoon and it took a while to get drinks served and take the order. Then, when the order came out there were only three meals for the four of us. We waited while they cooked the other order and brought it out. We had a good time and especially enjoyed the soft beef tacos, but we did a lot of waiting. They should have made the fourth meal they forgot complementary, but all they did was say they were sorry it took so long.

My first time eating here couldn't have been better. My friends come here often and ordered their favorite quesadillas. I ordered a combination plate of beef (shredded not ground), chicken and cheese enchiladas. We just had to wait a few minutes to get a table outside. The atmosphere was so nice with a lot of happy people enjoying good food on a beautiful day.
