Mcdonald's

Every time I go into this McDonald's there's nobody there at the counter to take my order. When trying to order a Happy meal they tell me that they are out of apple slices they don't have the yogurt anymore when I asked the substitute two cookies they told me no, I told him not to put french fries in the Happy meal because my daughter does not eat them, so I ended up paying $4.29 for a six piece nugget and a small drink.., if you go inside to order be prepared to wait because no one's going to take your order the drive-thru lines are always outrageously long and the bathrooms are dirty never have any toilet paper, and employees that play Pokemon go while your standing there waiting for them to take your order and when you say something they get mad about it. I come to this location because I am literally across the street but yesterday was the last straw for me y'all need to hire people who know what the hell they're doing and are willing to work.

I am Not usually one to complain..but I WILL never go back to this one. I ordered a homestyle burger combo. I had a piece of lettuce the size of my thumb n a tomato the size of my thumbnail and I'm surprised I got meat. The fries were VERY little..did not fill up n all were crunchy and small like it was the very last crumbles. No Dr Pepper. The manager needs to be fired or Fire someone because I don't have money to give away for nothing and this was NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The staff was amazing but the food was less than stellar. So much grease, it was dripping from both double quarter pounders like crazy. To top it off, my burger originally came as a single patty and they "fixed" it but the second patty was not completely cooked. Like I said the staff was awesome but the food, not so much.

Closed the business down early with a line of people in drive thru. No one could go anywhere as parking lot is poorly layed out and the customers that got to order held everyone in the line for almost 45 minutes. Reccomend a better way to shut down business with a line of cars in drive thru. Maybe put cones to block entrance. If you eat in you will get stuck in parking spot with drive thru line in the way.
