Papa Johns Pizza

The customer service to this location is one that needs a lot of attention. We placed an order over an hour ago and they cannot tell when it may be delivered ??? Ok that is great , but we would like to cancel if it is much longer , so we can get other food ! Whomever the manager is that works at this location is completely rude and very disrespectful to say the least - she told me - look lady - we are very busy and I cannot tell you when it may delivered! Then hangs up ! We are extremely faithful Papa Johns customers - after this horrible experience , that will come to an end. We called back 20 minutes late - and she hangs up a second time ! This location is losing a lot of great customers , and I can see why

I walked into the establishment to order pizza for my children and seen a few red flags. Once I stepped inside to order a pizza I noticed two individuals in the establishment A Caucasian male with a Hat and a Caucasian woman with piercings and tattoos. As the woman went to wash her hands, I was closely observing the male worker as he prepared someone’s pizza without any gloves, head gear or face gear. The male worker touched cheese and pepperoni to apply it to the dough. While doing this without gloves, the male worker also placed his hands to his face and touching his nose. Then went back to touch more food to make a pizza and had not washed his hands. As I observed this taking place, the female worker just walked up to take my order. I replied to the female worker, “I am good, I don’t want anything.” As I am leaving both workers are staring at me and as I was walking, I stopped and replied, “He is in here preparing food for someone with no gloves on and putting his hands in his face and touching his nose. Then is going right back to make someone else’s food. That is nasty and unsanitary.” The female worker replies, “well have a good day.” So at this point, there is no accountability towards the worker and I would not recommend anyone to eat here.

Waited 140 minutes for my pizza to get delivered and I a mile and a half away. The pizza took an hour longer than they said it would even after I called twice to get an update on my order. I fell asleep waiting for it. Waste of a $30 pizza that sat on my porch all night. I’m just glad some animal didn’t come along and make a mess on my porch

I enjoy the pizza at this location and when we order delivery I'm always pleased. My only issue is when I order carryout. The customer service is terrible. When I walk into the building I'm never greeted. It takes forever for someone to acknowledge me and when they finally do they walk up to the counter, turn their back on me, and they start putting stickers on the boxes of out going pizza. I think it's very rude and this has happened multiple times.
