Taco Bell

I waited in line for about 40 minutes with ten cars in front of me. As I finally pull up to the window I find out that there are no employees in the building. This was around 11:40 PM (by the time I was at the window). Online it says that this Taco Bell stays open until 2 AM. There wasn’t even a sign on the speaker to let people know about early closing (this seemed spontaneous). Please do not false advertise about hours of operation as it wastes everyone’s time and gas. Pay your staff more if there are staffing issues. I’m not sure what it is that’s going on, but there has to be a reason that Taco Bell out of all the fast food places in Waco is failing to deliver their services consistently.

Came to the drive thru at 12:28 pm on 12/26/2021 and they didn’t give me my whole order. Forgot my chicken quesadilla, when I told them about it they tried to deny and found it still in the steamer. Then proceeded to give me the old order. I asked if they could make a fresh one they made me go back in line. Another 8 car wait.

Never has all the things needed no mild sauce no ham no Burger no Kool-Aid no sugar this is ridiculous oh and oh like every other restaurant they're freezing machine is not working at the moment cuz they want to shut down and get out of there when they should shut down when the time says shut down not 2 hours before it's ridiculous

Well I don’t eat here. Due to personal reasons. For us that work in the delivery industry. The long waits to pick up food is rediculous. We loose money by standing in line. You guys should at least have the lobby open to the delivery guys. Until then I am willing to update my review. But for now. Very BAD!
