Auntie Anne's

I have been hunting down Auntie Anne's Pretzel stores for years and I always love the food. And though I had friendly service there seems to be a lack of communication here. Tables were messy and productivity was slow. I think the manager here needs to focus on managing his team more effectively and training them how to talk and what priorities should be. For example when I went in it was slow, yet they were out of pretzels. Again, love the staff, but I think the store could use better management. EDIT: Since I posted this review years ago the team has stepped up its game! Clean, quick, on point. Well done! Five stars!

Tried to taste everything. Ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel, but didn't get it. They charge 89 cents per dipping sauce. Ordered and paid for 7, but only got 5. And roasted garlic and parmesan pretzels went in the trash. Tasted like eating garlic salt right from the container. It was really bad. But everything else was really good. I'll definitely order everything except the garlic parmesan pretzels again. DEFINITELY check the order before leaving because they have an issue there, but other than that we all enjoyed it.

I'm a postal employee in training. I got a half hour for lunch break so I shoot over to the mall to Auntie Anne's to get a pretzel dog, a pepperoni pretzel w/marinara sauce and a medium Dr. Pepper. I only have a hundred and guess what to my surprise they cant break it. So I walk out with no food and have to hurry back to work. Thanks Auntie Anne's for nothing!!!

Staff put out my frozen lemonade and another customer took it. Asked for another one and they gave me a regular. Pointed out the error and was told I was wrong and couldn’t get my original order. Absolutely rude drink staff. Table that took it realized they did. Cashier was nice. Went here every Waco visit and will no longer be buying from here.

Wow.. Just wow. You offer the customer in front of me 2 pretzels at closing for $6 and then we don't get the special. People talk about 'white privilege'... How about 'white penalty' for just being white. This is a sad day when you can intentionally and without a second thought offer a discount to customers who are not white and intentionally, refusing to offer them a discount. Man, I'd take the special as quickly as the next person because I need it as much as any person. I'm barely scraping by and wanted to get a couple to share with my 2 sons who I am spending my vacation playing miniature golf as our big splurge. No thanks, and please avoid this place. They exclude you based on who they think you are and do NOT treat every customer with any equal treatment. Really sad.
