Negative zero stars , Very disappointed from customer service . As i asked for a Combo that was a simple customized no pickles & no sauce & Extra lettuce . she gave me such Attuide .. which I didn't understand why ?! I came to work to find a HAIR in my sandwich ! which I would of brought back to the Whataburger but I have hr. lunch take me 23 min there and back . The whole experience was very disappointing . If someone from Whataburger could reach out to me I appreciate it . What-A-Burger should been What-A-Disappointment

It's a fast food joint what can you really expect?
The burgers are much better than McDonald's burgers. The burger and fries we're relatively hot and fresh. There is not much else to expect of a corporate fast food joint other than please let the food not be disgusting. Oh and the restaurant and restrooms were not filthy.

Literally just heard of this item on the menu, thought I'd come in and try it before work. Breakfast burger, my god it's freaking good! And the workers were so nice and friendly! Which was also refreshing as usually most ppl this early aren't so chipper. My favorite location is this one.

This whataburger is AMAZING!!!! They were so busy and had an upbeat attitude, very friendly even under busy circumstances. I highly recommend this whataburger. Way to go staff, you guys rock!

Avoid this Whataburger on Hewitt& Mars at all costs. If it looks remotely busy ( by busy I mean 3-4 cars), find one of the other restaurants nearby that will actually be able to provide a meal in a timely manner. This location has consistently provided sub-par service with wait times exceeding 30 minutes. So if you're looking for the food of a quiche service restaurant with the wait time of a sit down restaurant and no reservations, then this is the place for you.
The food is good. But even when I had long wait times, I barely got a mumbled apology.

I got the honey butter chicken biscuit breakfast meal and cinnamon bun. The only thing that was good were the hashbrowns. The biscuit was dry and was not given any condiments or asked if I wanted any. Cinnamon roll could have been used for self-defense weaponry. Employee was okay but not the friendliest person who should be working an early morning shift.

I drive to this one past one closer to my house. Smaller but well staffed and care. Food always correct and buns on burgers are warm even after a longer drive home. Others in area must run a lot of buns thru at a time and let sit. Makes for a bad burger in my book.

They take way, way, way too long to get even the simplest order done. The fresh, real eggs are wonderful, and the onion rings are the real thing. It's just ridiculous that they cannot find a way to streamline food and service. If you're looking for fast food, this is the slowest fast food you'll probably ever get. If you're not in a hurry, then it's not a bad choice.
