Chicken strips had a lot of gristle, but the breading is good. There was enough mayo on my son’s burger to bottle and start his own mayonnaise company. Yuck. The bacon on the fries was barely cooked. A better enforced employee cleanliness would be nice. The man wearing inch long fake nails and no gloves was disturbing. Probably won’t go back.

The only customer in the line, waited FOREVER! Ordered the bacon cheese ranch fries with my meal and this is what I got. They knew this shouldn't have been sent out like this before they bagged it! They are SOOO lucky they are by the interstate and not closer to town or I wouldve went back for my money! Cherry Coke was also flat and the drive-thru was full of trash🙄

Was at the Carl's on 271 in the cefco at 11:38 pm tonight and went thru the drive thru. We had the sweetest lady take our order. She was just so lovely!! I know it might sound nuts, but it had been an incredibly hard day and she just put a smile on my face that took me thru the rest of my night. Sometimes a little kindness does wonders. Thank you ma'am for being such a graceful human. I wish you many blessings!!! Carl's give her a raise!!!

Overpriced food with an old Burger King taste! I’d rather spend $40 on fast food at Sonic or Whataburger. Please replace this chain with Braums or Jucy Tacos!! Anything else.

People were nice. Food was not. Came inside to eat and was still packed to go so had to unpack to eat. Bread tasted stale. Even the kids didn't like it.

They don't change their grease... chicken strip were so small for the amount paid and they were burnt , zucchini but and undercooked at the same time. Like how do you even do that... threw chicken sandwich just any way in the bag. Been there many times night shift was the worst.. they just don't care....

Food was awful! Employees stood around staring into space or chatting while the place really could use a cleaning. Wipe down a table or the drink station, something.

2 Angus burgers and 2 charbroiled burgers all thrown in the trash after one bite because the meat tasted rotten!
Their was water pouring out of the wrapper and everything was saturated...iam not talking about sauces...I am saying these were saturated in water and dumped on to a bun and sat until it was all a soggy mess. This was REVOLTING!
