Cicis Pizza

Let me preface this by stating my 5-star review isn't because Cicis has the most amazing food. Nobody goes to Cicis for "haute cuisine." People go to Cicis to eat cheap pizza until they explode for about ten bucks. That said, this is probably one of the best Cicis I've ever been to. So, if you already know what to expect coming here, prepare to be pleasantly surprised because it's just a little bit better than that. I've been to Cicis in the past that were dirty, where the pizza was a bit old on the line, and the desserts stale. None of that was the case here! Everyone was super friendly, and the lady working the pizza line answered my questions without a rush and with a smile. The pizza and desserts were hot and fresh. The whole place was clean, and every plate I picked up from the buffet line was likewise clean. They had an employee continually walking the dining area, not only cleaning tables but taking empty plates and trash so they didn't build up at your table. The iced tea was good--it can oftentimes taste tannic because the tea dispensers aren't cleaned as well as they should be. All told, I was very impressed and glad I came. And yes, I stuffed myself with pizza until I was about to explode for only about ten bucks.

Please save yourself the trip and go to the other cicis. I’ve ordered pick up pizza from this location and every time there is something to be disappointed about. Our order was not made like we asked even though we repeatedly said we didn’t mind to pay for all the extras. This is how one of our pizzas was made. The zesty ham side tasted like a spoon full of ranch. We never ever have an issue at the other location.

I use to love going to this one. Until Friday I was there. Walked in the restroom and see a worker walk out the stall didn't wash her hands or nothing she went right out the door and went to messing with the pizza. 🤢 Then the tables and chairs was dirty we asked them to clean them they call they selves cleaning it but half cleaned it. I will never go back again. Teach your employees to wash they hands.

No good anymore Register lady wouldn't let me wash my hands until I was payed for. Pasta was old,Salad isn't good anymore bad, no trays, manager or something hassled us bc my dad accedently pressed the soda bc it's in the same place as the soda. Would bring our own water bottles but they would probably hassle us for not using the tiny clear water cups.

No clean plates, waiting 20+ minutes for a special, Half the employees working the others look lost. The guy cleaning tables deserves a raise and a big Thank you. The restaurant had maybe 7 tables full. Several customers waiting to place special orders but at this location you have to wrote your own. They just hand you a paper and pen. Needs tons of improvement..

Ate there for Sunday lunch and even tho they were short staffed and amongst the rude impatient customers who can clearly see the employees are very very busy and have not stopped to even take a drink the entire time of the lunch rush. The food was still amazing and I want to give 5 stars for their hard work and dedication! To the rude people that were yelling at them to hurry up and calling them lazy; I'll be praying for you!!!!
