Country House Restaurant

The restaurant is under new management, and they are now offering a classic assortment of Chinese and Japanese dishes as well as standard American classic cuisine. I was really pleasantly surprised at how well they did their sushi rolls, the ingredients are fresh and it’s clear that the folks working in the kitchen are experienced. The same went for their yakisoba, and general tsao chicken. The vegetables were fresh and cooked perfectly, the noodles were great, the chicken was saucy and crispy. I think they will make a wonderful addition to the area and I look forward to eating there more often 🙂

My wife and I stopped for a second time on our road trip! Once southbound, then northbound. On the way south we stopped for dinner. We both had the geoduck (a type of clam) dinner and it was very, very good! On the way back home we stopped for breakfast. I had the farmers omelet and it was outstanding. My wife opted for something more simple - poached eggs and they were done perfectly. The service was extremely friendly and the service was efficient.
