Rally's

Bought the new fry seasoned chicken at Rallys... They looked great until I took a bite into RAW chicken....I then brought it to the window and asked how in the world did they serve me straight RAW chicken and the manager said he had no idea... What if I had served those chicken tenders to a young child that didn't know better :/ beware check your food before you leave or just avoid this location

I visited this store twice in one day . My first trip they told me exact change or card only . I went home to get my debit card . My second trip which was 15mins later I asked before I order was it card or exact change Only the young lady told me no .so they made me waste a trip going home . Now to the food I ordered a chicken bite box for my daughter . This chicken is so old they are hard like they been sitting for a long while I don’t even feel like going back Really bad experience plus I didn’t get a receipt

Rallys was the only place open late night. We enjoyed our food but it wasn't fresh at all, if it wasn't so late I would have returned it and there were a lot of people waiting also. Other than that the service was slow but the lady was really nice. I'll have to come back in the day time to see if that makes a difference. Would recommend to anyone that loves fast food or late night food.

There were only two people and the drive through was horrible car to car. Sitting in the car for 1 hour. The guy could not get thr order right plus when i got to the window he still had the order wrong. And when he finally understood what what i wanted he still messed up the order. This is the most horrible experience i have ever had from rallys.

I dont live over that way so I don't visit this one but I was in the area today. The the girl at the window had me sitting at the speaker for 20 minutes. Even after the car in front of me had gotten their food and pulled off she still had me sitting at the speaker. Never once said just a minute, I'll be with u in a few, can u hold...none of that. So decided to pull up to the window as I put my car in drive she walked away from the window I have no idea where she went but I then sat at the window for another 7 minutes not a person in sight. Im calling corporate because that was crazy to me.

One would think that going to a Rally's off Airport & Bryne at 4:40 pm would be the "supreme" timeline that no one was in front of or behind me. That was NOT the case. An order of 2 regular rally burgers with both having Xtra tom/onions/lettuce for both would not be too difficult for all the people in the "kitchen". Once again...no extras...no receipt. They charged for the extras but now for the last time I finally learned my lesson.
