Chick-fil-a

Went through drive thru and ordered a chicken club meal no bun with pepper jack cheese and bacon. Drive all the way home to discover no bun no cheese no bacon. Drive all the way back and they took my sandwich with nothing on it and just but bacon on it and through the slice on top and sent me on my way. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTING coming from them. Chick Fil A dropped the ball and I used by gas traveling back and forth this is what I got and it was cold or the cheese would have been melted. WOW!!!!!!

Friendly service but the order was so wrong. My father in law Joe ordered correctly for all of us in the car. 2 crispy chicken sandwiches, 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and 12 grilled nuggets. We got 4 crispy chicken sandwiches and 4 orders of Mac and cheese. Seriously guys? Do better, the amount this food costs the least you can do is get the order correct.

It was raining and when we pulled up in the drive thru the workers were wearing these umbrella suits. Its the cutest thing you've ever seen! Sucks to still have to work in the elements like that but their attitude did not reflect it... They were still courteous and kind, very helpful and efficient. I ordered three spicy chicken deluxe combos. Once I got to the window I asked if I could have an extra bag to give a combo to my mom and they asked if I just wanted them to bag one combo separately??? Yes, that's exactly what I wanted!! How thoughtful. Other fast foot places would have thrown me an unopened to go bag . The food was so good. I love chick-fil-a!!!

My car overheated in their drive through and the drive through employees helped me back out into a spot and helped me try to figure out what was wrong with the car. They then proceeded to make sure we would be able to get home safely and brought us food on them. Amazing service and amazing employees!!

Took my daughter through the drive thru for some nuggets. I got in the outside line since my truck is a tight fit. I was 5 deep in my line, 17 cars went through the inside line before I got to place an order. People that arrived 5 minutes after me had received their food and gone before I hit the order screen.

We live very close by so we frequent this chick-fil-a. The service is always fast and friendly and the food is typically made fresh and good. My concern is with the water they use to make their drinks. It tastes weird and throws off the entire taste of the beverage. It changed about a year ago and it is very noticeable; doesn’t matter what you order whether it’s lemonade, coke, Dr Pepper, etc. Not pleasing. The other thing is that I know we live in Joe Biden’s America now and things are expensive as ever, but when you order 2 meals and are given only 2 barbecue sauces when you both ask for barbecue sauce…I feel like we can do better here. This isn’t McDonald’s where they ration everything, and we’ve been shorted on sauce a number of times now. Disappointing.
