Applebee's

Fairly standard for an Applebee’s. The food was consistent with what you expect. I do like their Happy Hour. We actually came about 15-20 minutes before Happy Hour started and the server asked if we were planning to wait until Happy Hour to order (as that is a thing that happens), but we didn’t have time since we were on a time crunch, but I appreciated that he asked and was willing to accommodate us.

It was totally disappointing experience! We came there for a Mother’s Day lunch with our little kid. At first we asked for a booth and had to wait even there were a lot of free seats. Then waiter said that we cannot have a high chair at the booth and we had to move to a table. But we noticed and told to waiter that there were some booths with kids sitting in high chairs near. Waiters were very rude and replied that those people just did it but we are not allowed to!!! Lunch was spoiled and we had no choice but leave. Never will come back here! P.S. They have really good Customer Service Manager! Thank you, for your attention to that situation!

Food here has always been good for a chain restaurant. Only have had a very few occasions of something wrong. The staff here has always been pleasant, fun and attentive. Its great for relaxing meals and drinks with family, friends or even alone. Faculties are usually upkept along with the dinning area. Parking is available and easy.

Very humble, charismatic serving staff. The food was great also. Prices are fair for the quality of food you get. The waitress we had was very patient and outgoing. I went out with a few friends for the first time in a long time. And they definitely made my night a night that i will never forget. Thank you Applebee's!!!!

Food and service was "okay" for a Sunday afternoon. Expected a littler more attentiveness from staff since there where very little diners present. Employees from back area seemed more interested in coming out to check on the multiple football games on tv's in bar area than getting food out on time. Carpets where very dirty and menus where pretty sticky. Table next to us had received an incorrect order and we where never offered soda refills. Will have to give this place another try.

Came in late on a Sunday night with a huge party and there was only one waiter. Thought this might be a disaster but the guy was friendly, professional and provided awesome service given the circumstances. Food was also pretty good and came out quickly. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and it was surprisingly very good. Would definitely come back to this spot for the awesome service.

The service was amazing and Ross was probably the best server I've ever had in my life. He kept our drinks full and everything was exactly how we ordered it, if not better. The entire staff was so friendly and open to conversation, laughing and talking with us as they walked by. The ONLY downfall was the breadsticks, they were hard... as if they had been sitting for quite a while. We will most definitely be back, after we call and make sure the same server is working that night!!!
