Genghis Grill

Good place to come and get some good food from a friendly staff. Love the huge selection of ingredients for the CREATE YOUR OWN bowels. I loved picking my own sauces to complete my HUGE BOWEL I put together. This was my favorite part of my experience. Had to hop out of my seat to tip the cooks for the extra love they put into making these bowels! Thanks guys!! Servers were awesome too. Whoever is managing this place definitely knows what they're doing and genuinely care for customers!! ALWAYZ!!

We came in for an early dinner Monday. We were greeted immediately and seated in an area that made it easy for my husband, who has difficulty walking. Rob was our server. He was very polite, friendly and helpful. The star of the meal was Chris, the griller. We chose to build our own bowls, but he saw that Tom was having difficulty with the sauces. He assisted him patiently and sweetly. We had a wonderful conversation with Chris while he was ever mindful of other customers as well. The food that was delivered was the best we’ve ever had in the 40 yrs we’ve been enjoying multiple Mongolian grills across the nation. We’ve visited this restaurant one other time and multiple visits to the closed Genghis Grill in Arrowhead Center. We were very disappointed when the Arrowhead location was closed. We live in Buckeye, but trust me when I say, it’s worth the drive. Well done young men. God bless you both.

It's a bit hectic and intimidating for first-timers, but the staff tries hard. People behind us as we picked out all the ingredients to be grilled for our meals were patient but obviously slowed by our trying to figure it all out. Chef was charming about it. One of the meats (beef?) was quite grisly, to the point of needing to spit a couple of bites into my napkin, but overall, we enjoyed the dishes. We'd go again.

My wife and I had an excellent lunch here today. Tori (our server) was great as she frequently checked with us after initially taking our order and then on drink refills. We had medium size "create your own" bowls which were plenty big enough. Veggies were fresh and there was a good variety of meat choices. Very tasty! They have a good system of taking your order, letting you pick your protein, veggies, and sauce, the cooks take it from there and your bowl is delivered to your table when done. We have dined here often before and we will be back!
