Terrible Customer service !! & they pick and choose when they would like to make your food well (picture below) Also quality 0/10. Chicken Dry with no Sauce !! Extremely frustrated with this order !

I ordered a few times from this restaurant and I was pleased with their service. But the last time I ordered from them, I ordered fried rice and ribs on the bone, they gave me 4 small pieces of burnt ribs on the bone and their was barely any meat. That was messed up!!! Wouldn't recommend ordering from them at all!!!!

Quick and friendly service with a smile. The food was served on a silver platter and I was not rushed to decide what soda brand I wanted. While I was there I saw a customer not being very nice to the counter guy and he still remained calm and smiled. I would recomend this place to friends and family. Also the food tasted good. I had the Sesame chicken combo. And found parking easy.

Thanks to COVID-19 pandemic I went 3 months without being able to order Chinese Food on Staten Island I literally had my husband bring it from Manhattan a couple of times because I was craving it. I called New Choi Hee after my usual place hadn't opened yet and they were delivering. I placed my order and not only were they fast but I'm so happy I found them. The food is DELICIOUS. The fried chicken was juicy, the chicken and broccoli sip delicious etc. I'm so happy I found them...I may never go back to my old spot.

This place used to serve good Chinese food. Don't know what happened but my rice was cold and tasteless. The chicken wings weren't seasoned. Not sure if I'll be back. Maybe this was a one off.
