Pizza Hut

Leah at the Springfield, TN location was awesome! She was running the night shift by herself with one driver doing the deliveries. She took our order, and they got the food to us in under an hour. The food was still hot and they gave us plenty of sauce. She was very courteous, and had excellent customer service skills. The driver was very polite too! Definitely will order from them again. They’re really hard workers, and care about their customers.

Ordered a pan pizza and garlic knots The pizza was very undercooked. The bottom of the box was just slightly warm. I also had given a 25% tip on my order. I politely asked for a refund and the cashier takes my receipt and assures it was credited. Well, one week later there is no credit. After researching online it seems that she wouldn’t have been able to credit the order but I cannot confirm this. They do not deserve the tip! Also franchise owner, fix your parking lot and clean your building! Never got a refund, so the cashier just lied. I had to cook the pizza an extra 15 minutes in my oven at home. Garlic knots were like rocks. Didn’t realize it’s actually a Papa Murphy’s. Will not be going back.

Horrible service and experience…45 mins late and the manager lied on the driver 10 different ways. Worst part was the manager, Leah, blamed the driver for it being late and said she did not have his phone # to call and see where he was. I made it clear that I even had his phone number, but was trying to be respectful and call the store back instead of him. She said she couldn’t access the employee files to get the info. Who says this to a customer? Worst part is my food was cold and I had to reorder from Dominos….they got it right and delivered it within 25 mins.

i ordered online. after 1 hour i called to cancel order. spoke with a gentleman and he said he would cancel and refund my card. when i asked for his name, the call was disconnected. i called back and asked to speak with a manager. a yound lady answered, said her name was layla. as i was speaking with her, the delivery guy pulled into the parking lot, she asked me to hold. i could see the guy throw my office window talking to someone on the phone. he then drove off. she came back on the phone and said he tried to call me but did not get an answer. i informed her that was no so, that i saw the gentleman pull in and out and at no time did my phone ring. she stated my card would be refunded in 48 to 72 hours. i asked for an email confirmation and she stated very aburptly she could not send an email, i would have to check my card, told me to have a good day and hung up.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Literally the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever dealt with. If you order delivery add 30 minutes to an hour on to the time they give you. Food is usually wrong or gross cause you can tell it’s been sitting ready on the box for a while. 10/10 would never recommend. Order showed it was out for delivery for an hour just to call and find out it was just now leaving. Horrible customer service as well. Also when you call be ready to be put on hold for a good 10 minutes if not longer.

Dining room was open. Took my girl and daughter to have lunch on Valentine's Day. The restaurant was absolutely FREEZING inside. Most tables were dirty. They brought us chintzy menus with no prices on them, and the we sat there and froze our butts off while no one tended to us for over 10 minutes. We got up and left. I'd give half a star if I could simply because you can dine in. Bad experience. I don't think they even knew we walked out. Won't recommend and won't waste time going back.
