Chipotle Mexican Grill

It’s extremely sad what’s happening to Chipotle. I remember the man who ran the Medford chipotle in 2012 and on (Jeff was his name), that guy knew how to run chipotle. He learned peoples names for crying out loud. 2015 and on, the Coburg location was run extremely well. Competent employees, managers who showed appreciation and accommodations. If they made a mistake, they made up for it and that kept business. Take a look at the photos. This has happened on several occasions from this location. The bag of normal chips is heavier than large. If they are running low on a protein, they’ll dump likely 2 servings worth into one persons while blatantly adding a smaller amount to the next person who orders (or says they have some at the “online order” section and refuse to give you any, lmao These photos have been sent to whoever you contact on their website, all they do is give you a BOGO free coupon to go back to another one of their poorly ran restaurants. Instead of creating change within themselves. Too bad.

Came in at 10:00 PM on a Saturday, closing time (after a late Duck basketball game) before driving back to Portland, and not only were the three employees respectful, kind, and have totally great attitudes, they made everything with patience and allowed our family of 4 to stay in the restaurant and eat our dinner while they closed down the store. Great customer service, thank you!

It had been a while since I had to eat chipotle. Food wasn't poisonous and tasted okay but the burrito falling completely apart the instant I took a bite was a reminder why I don't get burritos from here anymore. Why even use a tortilla? Why not just throw the loose ingredients into my car and then slap me in the face with a tortilla? When will they learn how to wrap a burrito? Is this why they gave up and do bowls instead now?

Soo...what items do you guys actually have available? That list seems to be shorter. I can't tell you how many times I come into this restaurant and the one on Coburg road, and they are out of things like fajita veggies, beans, etc. In the middle of the day too. Today I went to both locations, and they were both out of vegetables. If you're always running out of food in the middle of the day...maybe there's a supply problem? You usually want to supply the demand, but not here. No other place I have to worry about coming up with a plan B, plan C, plan D, for what I want to order. I also agree with some of the other reviews that they can be rude.
