My husband and I come here all the time because it's halal. But not all halal restaurants have such great service. The nice lady (I think her name is Alba) is always so helpful and kind. The restaurant is always clean and food is fresh. Will definitely keep coming back :)

I my opinion, Cocorico is the best overall Peruvian chicken you can get in the DMV area.
The chicken is always moist, well seasoned, and fresh. They have both the best yellow sauce and green sauce of any place I've tried. And finally, all their sides are top notch though I am especially partial to the plantains.
If you want a great Peruvian chicken experience, don't think twice about going to Cocorico!

The best chicken in the area! we moved but we continue to go there, although the last two orders I noticed were a little smaller, but I imagine it was because I made them late! the taste of everything is still very delicious

1st time and the food was soooo good. I got the steak tacos and asked for homemade tortillas and yuuuuuum. We got the saltado mixto and the fries we perfect, not too soggy. Would def go again.
