This is a 24hr location at 1am. Not sure why it is closed, there were no signs to explain why they were closed. When I was there five hours earlier they were open.

I've been patronizing this location for five years now and today had by far the most incompetent crew to date. I arrived and ordered my coffee and after 10 minutes was asked my order again. 5 minutes later I don't see any coffee being made and the line is growing. I was tempted to ask for a refund but the crew looked pretty busy conversating with each other so I just left without my coffee rather than be late for work.

I don't frequent DB very often for myself although I'm there often with my teens. I tried a Peppermint Bliss on my birthday and was hooked! I've treated myself again since then and Sterling took my order and was great! Funny, knowledgeable, and very personable. Looking forward to another Bliss before the seasonal drinks are gone!

Mohawk location is my favorite DB despite there almost always is a wait and long line - it's worth it.
Drinks are consistently made. I never have to worry about some drinks tasting off or not flavored correctly. Staff are always chipper, friendly, and eager to help you choose a new drink if you're feeling adventurous! This crew keeps me coming back for more!
