Place is a dump, mall management are lying egotistical bigots especially the manager Dave. The mall hopefully will close soon. The janitors are the hardest working people, all the stores are either secondhand or fly by nights. Stay away. Not worth it to even visit. Also the “We’re 95% occupied space” reply is a lie. If you Add up the theatre, jc pennies, macys and Sears square footage and their 95% unoccupied.

Old shopping mall lacking attractivity but still convinient for some services and purchases I guess. Covid vaccine center is there which brings people in and it's good for the other business around. Social distancing measures such as informative posters, sanitizers and marking on the floor were present.

Although the mall is very dead, I understand the 95% occupied space or whatever but it's mainly filled with the same things. It's alright to go once a while if you live nearby and want to go with friends but if your looking for the shopping experience go to Holyoke mall!!! Little by little eastfield mall is going under. All the shops there are working hard to get money and I can not stress enough it's beautiful but basic. Other then that my dad owns a small gaming shop and a resurant and so far it's doing okay. So if you get a chance and you end up do going to eastfield mall check my parents resurant out it's called "El coque"
