We ordered pad Thai and it was good. There aren’t many gluten free options, but that’s to be expected at a noodle shop. They have packets of sauce and little cups with chili flakes to add to your bowl.

The food was good, but they didn't put chicken in 1 of the orders. The rice Crispy treat triangle was stale that I bought too.

First time here, Ordered the Alfredo MontAmore® with Parmesan-Crusted Chicken. Pleasantly a good size portion. Could use a bit more chicken but maybe because I like consuming so much meats. Flavoring and pasta texture was cooked nicely for a fast food type of restaurant. I would say its close to Olive garden(maybe not all of their entrees, but this one was on par). Nice atmosphere and worker was friendly. Would be one of my to go if you would like pasta to go.

Wow this place for sure is the Best kept secret in Springfield the food is Fresh & Delicious and attention to customer absolutely A1 There are Two outstanding people that I would like to mention aside from the excellent cook staff …Val and Jason, they work hard behind the counter to make a Difference in food service and hospitality to the their customers even when your day is not going so Great they put a smile on your face, Well Done Guys and Thanks!!!

Food was great/not outstanding only because I was limited at the time on what I could eat. I will say what ate was delicious. I will come back and change my response at a later date. Staff was amazing and very accommodating to my needs.

I always get the Wisconsin Macaroni and Cheese, but I switch up the protein I add. Food is consistently good, fresh, and hot. Service is fast, courteous, and also consistent.
Only complaint is that the bathrooms could be cleaned more often. Odor control is needed.

First time Noodles and Company. Clean Restaurant, fast, and friendly service. However for $15, my portion was just not enough to justify the price. This is probably the reason why the place was empty. The food itself was not bad at all, in particular for a chain. Like others, I will probably not return to Noodles and Company.

The food is always made to your order, and there are a few somewhat hidden allergy friendly / gluten free options (and if you order in store you can ask them to change their gloves if that’s a necessary precaution for you).
My orders have always been made correctly and the friendly staff always greets and attends to me right away.

This is the only place I can get meatballs and spaghetti- quick! As usual, the restaurant was clean and inviting. The person who prepared my food washed their hands before jumping in and cooking- that’s a plus. The food was great. That’s one thing I can say about Noodles and Company- their food is consistently good across locations. This chain has been around for some time and remains competitive because they are always adding and revising their menu along with adding healthy items. Well worth a try.
