Boston Market

I love the sweet potatoes with marshmallows ❤ I had with vegetables, roast chicken 🍗 and corn bread 🍞 😋 😍 The restaurant have catering for all occasions, family meals, single orders. You can add desert they have brownies, cookies, apple pie and more...They served lunch and dinner. Good prices and fast service. Clean place plenty parking.

It used to be that Boston Market was a sure thing. Real food. Good Service. Reasonable prices. Not anymore. Variety has diminished. Service is awful. Product availability is ridiculous. How do you run out of key items at the beginning of dinner on a weekend? Especially when it is now one of only 2 options on the menu. If you aren't going to serve other food, go back to calling yourself Boston Chicken. Then I'll know to eat somewhere else instead of constantly wasting my time going to this location, Boston Road Springfield.

I hadn't been to Boston Market in years because the last few times I went the food was bad. So I decided to try them again, for the food to be terrible again! My daughter wanted a chicken sandwich. It was over cooked so bad that it looked like wood! Let just say that I'm all set with Boston Market. I did call and speak with the manager because I live on the other side of town. He was very nice and said that I could come back or come in the few days following to get a new sandwich but I have no desire to eat from there again.

Slowest and least efficient of any drive-thru restaurant in 15 miles. Expect to wait 20 -30 minutes even when there is only one vehicle in front of you. And they aren't even trained to acknowledge your presence at order window. You have to wonder if ghost run the place. 5 years ago this was an efficient well run chain. On the plus side, order takers and inside personal are polite and get the orders correct. I suspect poor corporate training and poor store management. Too bad, food is good for fast food.

We have been here 4 times in the past 6 months. Only one out of the 4 times did they have any salad. The southwest Cobb salad is delicious but I've only ever had it once. They always are out of something and the last time we went we weren't even given utensils! Food still tastes great, I don't understand why they can't manage this place better. Menu is hard to read and parking lot is the worst in the world.

Ordered chicken, wasn't ready (cooked). Waited 20 minutes since only Meatloaf available. Could hear guy yelling to girl at window, YELLING GET OVER HERE! Pulled into Stop and Shop to eat immediately (cuz I'm a diabetic). No butter for cornbread. Mashed potatoes drowned in Gravy, no gravy ordered. Mashed and Mac n Cheese we're both COLD! AND NO UTENSILS GIVEN! Luckily, I had a plastic spoon in my car. SO NOT WORTH THE $$$!!!!
