I would say the rice (I'm my opinion) was lacking flavor. The chicken was alright. I give it 3 stars because my mom seems to really enjoy their food so maybe it's just not to my taste palet.
3 orders came up to roughly 47 dollars, I would say it's average pricing for the amount of food served per plate.
The location is remodeled and clean. It has a relaxed vibe to it. (Forgot to take pictures) The lady at the front desk was very kind.

I feel like they only treat people better according to how much you spend and if you say you'll leave a tip. I think they should stop thinking so much about money, and think more about serving with high quality and that way the good money will come 👍🏼 but the place is clean and family friendly.

Just blah. Didn't enjoy any of it, oily and just didn't taste good. One of the chicken wings was just nasty. The dumplings weren't terrible but i think I'm comparing then to everything else.

I NEVER complain about orders but what I got today is absolutely sickening that this would be served!!! For one nothing that was delivered was correct, the food was burnt to the point my house smells disgusting now. Get it the hell together. Why would you ever even serve this to anyone!

Good portions, good selection and good prices. For the money vs portion and overall quality this place can't be beat. There are better Chinese food restaurants. But not anywhere near the price & moste of them give about half of the portion. The price went up but just a little due to the virus & inflation, but theyvarexfair & did not dramatically raise prices like a lot of others have. So the food is still good here & the value is too.

This place used to be so good. Get it together folks! Your disorganization make me never want to return. What is the point of ordering online if you don't keep the name and phone number with the order? No clue what they did with me food. But they could not find my order. Luckily, I did not pay in advance. Terrible experience

This place has been in Springfield for years it's an oldie but I still think it's a good one LOL because the chicken fingers are big and they're still good. Pretty much everything I ate here the beef broccoli was good also the chicken fried rice was good as well especially with the duck sauce on it. They make very good duck sauce here. If you eat inside the restaurant they give you free one times with duck sauce. Only thing I did not like was the beef on a stick also known as teriyaki beef it's very dry I would not recommend it. But everything else I ate was pretty good.

Most grotesque looking food ever; spent close to $80 and they would not refund our money. We ordered food to be delivered to the hospital so we could have a good lunch since we work so hard but it was a disappointment. Had to throw it all in the garbage with no refund. Not one manager has reached out to me from Wong Wok or Delivery express. Poor quality food and customer service. Chicken wings looked like they were left over from a week ago. I had to pay extra for delivery too. Not even an apology.
