Mcdonald's

Well I was doing errands. I have diabetes and my blood sugar was headed down. I decided to run thru drive thru cause not only was I hungry, I love McDonald's double cheese. I ordered an honestly wasn't paying attention to what the employee said. That's all I ordered was 1 double cheeseburger. I headed to pay window an thought... DID SHE JUST SAY $3 SOMETHING? I was great.. they got my order wrong. GUESS WHAT .... No they didn't. $3.17 for 1 dam double cheeseburger. I spoke to the employee about, who was very kind and sweet, and she asked to be sure and the manager, who sort of had an attitude, just told in a tone, no that's how much they are. Our prices went up. I replied, dang it was on the , 99 cent menu. I can't imagine what the meal deal cost. And of course she had a response... WE DONT HAVE A 99CENT MENU ANYMORE. My sugar is still slowly going down so I paid an left. OMG I shouldn't have bothered.. HEY MCDONALD'S.... IF IM GONNA PAY 3.17 FOR A DANG DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER ID LIKE IT TO BE HOT AND FRESH AND NOT LOOK LIKE YOU TOOK 2 CHEESE BURGERS AN SLAPPED IT TOGETHER TO MAKE A DOUBLE. I won't be going back.

On June 24th 2022 at approximately noon, me and my sister took my nephew to get a taste of the sweet and savory goodness that is a SIX PIECE happy meal. Our order included an order of medium fries and a happy meal with extra fries, well we get our order and behold! A five piece happy meal (not six piece and not four) and one of our orders of fries was nowhere to be found! I say personally that this is unjust. I hope that McDonald’s sees this and gives us free food for life, or even just a coupon would suffice. The employees were very polite, but the order was rather rude.

Placed an order through the app for curbside pickup. Waited half an hour for our food before calling the store to ask what was up. They said oh just roll up to the window because they didn't have enough people working there. Sad but not an excuse for zero communication about our order. Not worth your time. Go somewhere else!

Horrible service! They messed up my order. charged me for 5 drinks instead of the 2 extra ones I had ordered. The girl that handed me the food was extremely rude. I told her that I didn't order 5 drinks but and asked for my diet coke since none of the drinks were marked. All she proceeded to said was "I forgot to marked it!! But you got it!!" With a awful attitude. ok... how do I supposed to know which one is it??... They need better employees.

Arrived at 7:45 p.m. and went through the drive-thru. The girl told me that her manager said they were only doing chicken nuggets and french fries because they were trying to get out early. What kind of place of business is this that tells you what you can't eat? And I wish I could have a job where I could just kick back and be on my phone because that's what the manager was doing playing with his phone! I won't go here again

Online says open 24 hours . Updated just a week ago . Arrived at 11:10 tonight and currently sitting in drive threw. Waited 5 minutes for someone to answer the box . 6 cars in parking lot . Employees clearly seen behind counter but no one took our order . Just drove off . At least Burger King had an automated thing that let us know they were CLOSED. Springfield McDonald’s you SUCK
