Hardee's

Stopped by here during a mini vacation. While they were short staffed, the two that were working here for lunch on 2/28/22 were incredibly welcoming, diligent, and one of them was a multi-tasking fiend! The food was fresh & hot, all customization options were perfect. We'll be back any time we're in town & hungry for Hardee's! A big thanks to the staff!

Girl that took our order was so nice. After we paid, 2 cars behind us got their food before us. We didn't have any special requests,, just normal menu items. We waited 18 minutes when an employee came out and asked what we ordered because their screen was erased and they didn't know what we paid for. We were running late so we left. The $27 was wasted.

Id leave 0 stars if I could. Stopped by at 12:30 on a Saturday. One family of 4 was dining in. 2 cars were in the drive through. Manager failed to acknowledge us at the counter for several minutes. I simple hello, Ill be right with you would have helped. Once she did take our order she was impolite. She was cursing at her help and more concerned with her friends/family that came in after us. No napkins. No lids for cups. I can understand a staff shortage or a busy rush. This appeared to be neither. Restaurant was dirty and not taken care of. Id suggest staying away.
