Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

My experience it was awesome I came to this restaurant located in Springfield with my husband and my kids the server was very friendly and professional. The food was amazing the price is very reasonable, I love the musics was not too loud it was spectacular. It was a women right by the expo in the kitchen I think is the manager she is amazing and very multitask women she make sure the food are ready to be served. What makes me happy the most she came to our table and ask us how is our dinner and if we need any help also she gave my kids ice cream and they were extremely happy. She goes above and beyond. The manger is fantastic she is role model to the employee. If I am not mistaken her name was Fre she awesome manager🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😘😘😘

Fantastic. that’s all I really have to say. from walking into the door to leaving the door it was enjoyable. not only was it fast it was amazing. I have ordered carry out multiple times and the food is just incredible. it’s still hot and very tasteful when I take it back home. great portion sizes and amazing quality.

I am very happy I found this place. This is a fantastic Italian restaurant. This place’s inside is far arger than its outside. It is enormous. They appeared to have a sizable reservation for tourists traveling in large groups. Our server then led us to the section that was set aside for walk-in customers. Our server was excellent and very kind. We selected Rigatoni Abruzzi and Shrimp Rossuni. Both were quite tasty. I observe them baking the pizza in the enormous built-in oven. It appeared fantastic. Maybe I'd try their pizza the next time.

Was a good night out with the family. I have no real complaints about the meal really, the waitress was friendly and nice, the food came hot and quickly. My only gripe is that the flavors are not like they uses to be. I don't know if it's the oils they use or different spices and herbs. If they can recreate the old flavors, I would definitely be there much more often. That being said, will not take away any stars as it is not exactly the restaurants fault. For what is was, what it is and hopefully what it can become again, it is a good value, good atmosphere and easy to get a good table on a Friday night.
