Taco Bell

This is directed towards the regional manager, or whoever decides on the policies (like they're even going to read this). It's painfully clear that there's a 30 second timer for drive through orders. You literally need to know your entire order the second they say hello, or they're going to plead with you to come inside and order in the lobby. Your employees shouldn't be reprimand because the customer takes more than 30 seconds to order. If there's nobody behind me in line, I'm going to take my damn time looking at the menu you guys are constantly changing.

Good and dependable. It's fast food and that's what you get. Yet, Taco Bell has an almost cult following. Trying to decide lunch, you can always hear people rattle off burger places, pizza, and Taco Bell. But it just seems like people can only go so long until they NEED Taco Bell. It's some kind of hypnotic mexican vampire spell but one you don't mind being under.

Food was decent but after ordering in drive thru the employee at the window said I couldn't remove an item I'd added. He stated it was "company policy". So it's against company policy to change your order if u decide u don't want something? In this case it was chips & cheese. It's not as if it was made. Just a heads up, make sure u don't change your mind or your stuck paying for something u no longer want. Also I appreciate fast food but how on earth is it possible to fix 8 items and 2 drinks as fast as it takes to drive up to the window?
