Best chicken hands down! Their Buffalo sauce is the bestttt!!! We always get a zax snack with cheddar bites and Buffalo on the side and it’s always so hotttt and fresh!!

They completely messed up our order. When we ordered a basket of fries, first they forgot to add it to the order, and then the basket was not full, it was half empty. So disappointed

Loved it! It was really an enjoyable visit. I had the Zaxybys spicy signature sandwich. Everything was fresh and hot. My only complaint would be that the staff needs more help to be friendlier to customers. This was my first time to a Zaxby's and I will be returning.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They will forget to put chicken in the plate and you’ll end up spending $30 on fries. THEY DO NOT REFUND. THEY DO NOT CARE. This is the second time this has happened, take your business to Canes where they have better employees

Took a bus load of 20 people from Cole Camp FFA in at dinner time. We were so impressed by the service and the food. Very clean, quick, and friendly.

Ordered a sandwich with pickles added, got charged for a meal plus pickles and cheese when my sandwich came with cheese. Won’t be back this is ridiculous
