Qdoba Mexican Eats

The manager is to be commended for trying to do it all. She clearly had two employees this morning who could care less. They just stood around while she did almost everything. When she walked off they just complained I’m front of customers. The food we got was awful and if I wasn’t in a hurry, I’d have come back and asked for my money back. Bone dry Luke warm chicken, brown guacamole was just the start. I watched an employee looking for a spatula. She found one that was obviously dirty, grabbed a rag to wipe it off and then use it on food. The sanitary conditions in the place were a failing grade for sure. Corporate needs to step in and help this manager. She’s trying her best but one person cannot run a whole restaurant. I won’t be back but I wish that manager the best, her current employees are worthless.

For all of our friends in the Springfield area: Watch out for the QDOBA on South Kansas Avenue in Springfield. We were shocked at how dirty the restaurant was. We reached out to Burrito Concepts, which own this restaurant, but didn't receive a response. So, please choose somewhere else! Save your poor gut the trouble this place will give it.

An older Qdoba but the restaurant is cleaned and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful and the food was quite fresh and well prepared as you would expect from a Qdoba. Personally I stopped in here to try out the new Impossible Burger option they've added. I'd strongly recommend it to anyone vegan, vegetarian or just cutting down on meat in their diet. The location makes this a perfect place to grab lunch when I'm heading out of Springfield as it's just two quick stop lights from the 60 east ramp.

Clean location, get the "naked nachos" with the chips on the side, that way your chips are never soggy! They also have really good queso and the menu changes a lot more than Chipotle so you usually have something new to try, it's great for on the go and they cater. This location has a meeting room I'm the back for events.

My visit to this location was not very pleasant. the rice was under cooked, and the meats were overcooked. the dining area needs a lot of attention, there's a spot where the lining on the ceiling has peeled away, condensation from the AC ducts were dripping on the tables, and the carpets are disgusting. Due to all of this i will not return to this location again!

This place has gone way down hill. The employees don’t seem to be trained well, but they were the best part of the visit. The chicken was so charred that half of it wasn’t edible. The rice was terrible, most of the options weren’t available and everything was very cold. There was a time when Qdoba was awesome. If you don’t get some good management and start taking some pride in your restaurant I can’t imagine people will keep paying for what they are getting. It’s just terrible.

Seriously the most disgusting restaurant I've ever been inside. Food was burned. Restaurant was very dirty. The staff was very friendly especially with as mad as people were at one point I counted 8 people waiting for their online orders to be started not finished but started. There were only 3 employees in the whole store at noon on a Wednesday. No way they had time to keep up with standard walk-in business much less an overwhelming online crowd. The second thing to suffer was hygiene ofcourse the first was customer service. They canceled multiple online orders for the customer prior to their arrival without their knowledge. Obviously these people were concerned as well as confused how they paid ahead to get no food after traveling to the store.
