Einstein's Bagels

Love their bagel sandwiches and their coffee. Service isn't always that great and it takes quite a while to get your food. I get that they are busy and rushing around too so that is understandable for it to take a while. Maybe at different times of day and on different day's they are better. Still won't stop me from going there though!

Every time I go to this location on a Saturday it takes me over 30-40 minutes to get my food. I feel like it should not take that long. I’ve never complained or anything, but I do think this location needs more staff and better management on the weekends! Currently I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for fifteen minutes at the window and not a single person has spoke to me since taking my order. Then when they finally came to the window, they had the wrong order and didn’t even know that I hadn’t paid yet or that no one had talked to me. Still waiting for my food currently and they already made me pull forward and park because they didn’t have it ready. Oh I only ordered one breakfast sandwich by the way! I’m always disappointed with this location, but for some reason I keep trying it again to see if something has been fixed or if the service is better , but it never is. A serious look into this location needs to happen!

A few months ago this store must have changed management. We go to Einstein’s at least every two weeks if not more often, and in the last few months the quality of the food and service have plummeted. They don’t change their gloves or clean their workspace between bagels, meaning your cinnamon sugar bagel often has jalapeños or cheese on it. The last three times I’ve used the drive through, I’ve had to initiate the transaction at the menu speaker and they’ve gotten at least one part of my order wrong. When we go in to eat, the employees are short with us if not outright rude, and the food quality is no where near what it used to be. Go to one of the other stores in the area.

Very tasty and good selection. Only issue I had was waiting time to order. Once you order everything is fast and delicious. Making an edit:moving to 5 stars. They had an extra body and I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Food great and fantastic. I started recommending it now to people. Good job guys :)

Spent well over 30 mins waiting in the drive thru for 2 sandwiches. When we asked to speak to the manager his response was "Well we are running behind I guess." I guess? Hello are you not on the floor monitoring your staff and the quality of service being provided to your customers? Glad I wasn't trying to pick up a quick bite before work or I would have been incredibly late. He refunded our money and didn't even offer us our food or a comp due to the wait. We will not be returning and will let everyone know about our horrible experience. The same restaurant on Ruby has far superior service.

To start off, I really like the food. The bagels are delicious and I love the shmear they make, and because of that, I find myself going back for more.....despite the terrible customer services and employees. Every time I have gone, the employee is either rude or just plain unfriendly. Specifically today, I got an employee that not only got my entire order wrong, but questioned me when I expressed some items were missing. Finally got home and both my friends food and my food was still wrong and the coffee we ordered - his was half full and mine was watered down. Top it off, over charged. Disappointed.
