Zaxby's

I've been to this location in the past and as far as I remember its been good. Today As I leave this review the Lobby is closed as mentioned in other reviews. Not sure the reasons, but as a Customer you have to put yourself in their shoes! Yeah, we all want our food fast, but if you want it bad enough , then be nice enough to wait. They might be understaffed, many sick, or remodeling or whatever. We're all humans and just trying our best. I don't know anyone working there, I just think think after reading all the nasty reviews that we need to have empathy and compassion for others. Especially those working in fast food, and other places. My food was great! There was a super long line but it moved super quick! Got my food in no time.

Absolutely the worst. Check out what they served me. It was a third of a broken chicken tender that they slapped on a bun. The GM and employees would not respond so I reached out to corporate who took over a month of me pushing to take action. The kept telling me the GM would not even respond to them. I would investigate this franchise. They serve bad low quality food, have poor customer service, the dining room is never open, and they do not even respond to corporate?

William was very disrespectful. I believe he was the manager running the drive thur. I had multiple orders and he kept cutting me off and saying is that it. Very rude. I was in my officer uniform so when I got to the window his attitude changed. It blows my mind that people who work in fast food or restaurants are very disrespectful towards other people until they see that you work with law enforcement. If you hate your job that much then quit. I didn’t tell you to work there.

I appreciated the workers. They did the best they could. But this is not an enjoyable Zaxbys because it is seems to always be understaffed. Today just 2 employees in the whole store which led to very long wait times. Ultimately that’s a management problem and will keep me from visiting from here on out.

Love Zaxbys and thankful this location is still available. There are so many reviews talking about wait and the dining room close… It’s called people are still lazy and don’t want to work . I see the same employee’s working and I appreciate them hanging in there ! The staff is polite and my food is always hot ! People need to realize Covid is still here unfortunately and instead of complaining help this restaurant and spread they are hiring ! 👌🏾👌🏾
