The only problem I have with this Capt. D's is they are usually out of something on my order. Most of the time its baked potatoes. Since I placed my order online on my last visit, the manager called me right away and they were out of 3 items but after some negotiating I was able to make substitutions that I was satisfied with. I food is great. Best catfish so far. I have no complaints with the staff. Bathrooms have been clean. Management is doing and excellent job of keeping customers happy.

Highly disappointed!!!!! Spent 50 dollars on seafood feast family meal & the corn was ice cold, there was a hair in the Mac and cheese, and they didn’t give us our crab or shrimp or hush puppies!!! To top it off they were out of malt vinegar which is the whole reason we went.. the fish isn’t good without it. The fish had a strong fishy taste to it. The people working were rude and more worried about closing early than serving us. We will not be back!!!!

I had a good experience at this Captain D's. I ordered the lobster bites, shrimp, and fish meal. All of my food was good. The employees were very nice and friendly as well. Our wait was about ten minutes for our food which I think is a decent time when waiting on fish. I would recommend checking for coupons in the mail before going because they can save you several dollars. The restaurant was clean in the dining area. I would go back for more!

Ordered online last night and overall pretty terrible experience. They didn’t give me my drink or any sauces and when I went around again to get my stuff I was ignored in the drive thru while employees were hanging out in the lobby. The food was eh you could tell it had been sitting there for awhile & some of my hush puppies were burnt.

Will more than likely never go back all thanks to the monstrosity they deem as "service" at the drive thru window. Not too sure where the employee who argues with every patron needs to work but it's most certainly not with customers

If I had an option to add no stars I would. My wife and I ordered dinner tonight and I had to return to get my food because half of my order was left out. Then I had to return for a third time because my order was incorrect and very sloppy. My food looked like someone had picked through my broccoli and was eating off of my plate. They told me that they did not have rice the third time I went back but did not tell me at the speaker but had rice just refused to make it until I asked them for a replacement since I did not get the rice with my meal. The employees were talking about me in the back after asking for my food to be replaced. They were very rude and I am highly disappointed with my visit.

Ok management needs to get some help in this place! Line was backed up 6 cars deep, 2 cars drove off. Finally ordered after 15 minutes sitting at drive thru. Got home, my 4 cheese sticks were over cooked, only 1 had cheese in it! My husband had 3 piece fish dinner, was soggy and not good quality as used to be. Service from window girl was fine, felt sorry for her being slammed with orders.
