Avoid this place at all costs after opening time. This used to be a decent place to grab a quick bite while downtown. Now, with the weakness of the city council, the homeless tool over the block. Now that a stronger DA is in office, the block is cleaned up. Hopefully, things continue to get cleaned up and Seattle gets back to something close to how it used to be.Avoid this place at all costs after opening time. This place is an absolute abomination. 15+ minutes to pick up an order (pancakes and a water bottle), people who ordered after me getting served first, order is missing things (syrup), and only one person working the window while trying to prep orders (who was super nice and the only reason this isn't a 1 star review). Definitely not fast food in any capacity, management needs to get in here and overhaul this McDonald's. If this place was in NY it would be shut down in under 24 hours for horrible service.

Consistently poor service
Orders are almost always wrong, food is not well prepared, and this might be the slowest "fast food" in the world. The place is a wreck, you can't go inside, and in most cases you can't even order here — you have to use the abysmal mobile app.
The employees are clearly trying their best but this is probably the worst-managed McD's location in the country.

Wasn't expecting a walk thru service for a meal. Would be better if had place to sit and eat, before food get cold.

When i went to order i was bombarded by a homeless man trying to intimidate me into buying him food. Then asked a male employee (im a female) to use the restroom and was locked in which was highly stressful. After banging on the door for a few minutes a female employee opened the door. Was given no apology and was stared at by another employee in the lobby. I definitely don't feel safe here and wont be back.

A sidewalk "drivethru" window is your only option....no inside dining option or even normal to-go ordering. Waded through a couple down-on-their-luck individuals on the sidewalk to order and wondered if taking out my wallet was a sound idea. I realize it's not the 4 seasons or tavern on the green, but it's on par with a food stand in a subway station.

1 star is overrated, should be 0 stars! This place is a homeless hangout, expect panhandling when you waiting in line! This McDonald's owner is too stupid to relocate to Westlake malls food court! Long lines, No indoor dining, only 1 walk thru window for ordering and using the same window for pickup. Stupid setup if they want to just do togo orders. I deliver UberEATS and I don't like picking up here at all. There is no good time to go to this place!

They decided to close 18 minutes prior to posted closing time. Really would’ve been nice to have those fries before we headed back to our hotel since were visiting here and that’s the whole point.
