I had a coupon with me and i went through it very carefully to make sure that the coupon was valid. However, when i presented to the employee, she said that her shop did not accept any coupon. I was very certain that there was no exception in my coupon but she didn't care. She emphasized that her shop here did not accept coupons.
Subway must take responsible for the coupons they have issued and honor them. If any shop has a power to decline coupons, why bother launching promoting?
