I recently moved to Schenectady and the first time I tried this McDonalds it was a HUGE miss and I swore I wouldn’t go back. However, I gave it another try the last few times since then have been great! the food has been correct and hot and the service has been speedy! Not sure if there is a new staff but they are doing great regardless 👍🏻 ☺️

Was there on the evening of 2/25/22. Was told to pull up from the window even though place was empty and no one in the drive thru. The meal was awful. Fish that seemed like it was made hours earlier and a double cheeseburger that was the greasiest one I ever had and not put together. Ended up with bad food poisoning. Stay away from this one.

Best McDonald's around my food is always fresh and boy can they move that drive thru the customer service is fantastic they make you feel at home I love that place.

At approximately 2:55pm on 2/20/22 the employee at the drive through gave the car in front of us our order (mcflurry & large sweet tea) to which they rejected since it wasn't their order. We pulled up, he didn't know our order and until we confirmed what our order was tried to give us the order of mcflurry and sweet tea that was provided to the car in front of us (that they touched and returned). Both items were sitting in the drive through window and he attempted to give us the items they returned. We rejected the 2 items and he said "no, take it". We refused until he made new ones. Our car was the blue Subaru WRX to reference what happened on your security cameras. This is terrible considering COVID. I will not be coming back here.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s around. I honestly don’t understand why it’s still open. It is very rare that you are not asked to pull into a spot to wait for your food. Last week, it was 18 minutes from when they charged my card to when I got my food. Just regular menu items, nothing unusual. There’s also a very good chance that you get someone else’s order. There has been several times I watched them give my order to another car and then take it back out after the other customer pulled things out of the bag before they realized it was the wrong order. They then walk it over to your car like some other random customer wasn’t digging through it. Honestly, so many bad experiences here.

Okay this particular location was amazing. We ate here after a day at great escape. We used the app to order and WOW, they were so fast at getting it ready and out to us. The food was so fresh and hot that it renewed my faith in McDonalds. The crew they had working that night was super friendly and didn't bat an eye or act put out over our large order. It was a little after 8 pm and the young woman that delivered our food out to us was super nice and even though she was wearing a mask, you could tell she was smiling. She was very sweet, she thanked us for our order and said she hoped we enjoyed it and to have a great night. We had a fantastic experience there and will definitely use this location in the future. I would highly recommend to my my friends and family.

Waited +/- 5 minutes at the the drive-thru with about 5 to 7 people waiting also. I decided to go inside and order. The person who took my order decided on his own to upcharge me of higher value items. I ordered three things from the dollar menu and it came out to $10 I asked why is it so high he said well that's what you ordered I said no I ordered 2 DBL cheese, fries, and coffee from the dollar menu should be no more than $6-7 dollars. he was like oh you ordered a medium fry in a large coffee, I said, oh no I didn't. Better double check your orders with this location.
