Very friendly and fast staff. Eager to help the customer pick a flavor. Thank you for the suggestion of vanilla for my Chihuahua. Will be making it a regular stop for summer. My dog enjoyed every last drop of vanilla icecream!!!

My grandchildren and I went in this evening and had decent sized order. The employee (didn’t see a name tag) took his sweet time getting it to us. As we were sitting outside eating, the kids saw him drop a cup on the floor and his co-worker (a young lady) picked it up and placed it back in the stack. The three youngest needed to use the restroom and asked the young man if they could use the restroom. He told them they could go out by the dumpster in the back. The young man was the thin young man. All of the employees needed to wash their uniforms also.
We will never return to this BR ever again after what we witnessed and experienced.

Worse staff ever!!!! My son has never had ice cream from here. We came to enjoy a treat and they were horrible to us. We left without getting anything. They made us feel stupid. My son cried as we left thank you baskin Robbins for a horrible day.

Got a Banana Royal sundae, very good! I went on a Friday night and it was packed. And there was just one girl working the counter. Felt sorry for her but she was doing an amazing job taking care of everyone. She had everything under control.

If you are familiar with BR, then you pretty much know what to expect. My kids like the variety of flavors. It's nice as an after school treat once in a while. Their ice cream cake are also good. Service is hit and miss.

I think everyone could use a scoop or two of ice cream every now and then. Especially, after a long stressful day. My family and I enjoyed some soft serve here after a long day of travel, and at the time there was a long line. This did not discourage us because the server, although overwhelmed, was able to tend to everyone's needs relatively quickly.
