This is the only place to buy fresh live crab, fish, clams, geoduck clams, fresh head and foot attached duck, every single dried herb, spice, fungi that you could possibly want. I got to this store a few times a week and I have NEVER been disappointed. The customer service is impeccably warm, the organization and freshness is outstanding!!! I would definitely recommend shopping here.

Best live seafood market in Salem. They always have something surprising there. Last time they had wolf eel. Found mantis shrimp in the frozen section once. They get live sea urchins seasonally which can be quite hard to find typically. Almost always have lobster and Dungeness crab. Typically have tilapia and bass. Occasionally have lingcod and cabazon. They offer to kill and clean fish. Typically have various live clams and snails like conch and periwinkle. The dry foods and fresh produce has reasonable selection of things choi sum, gai lan, and bok choi. 99 ranch has better produce overall, but much further away. Mostly chinese food with all the basics, with some Vietnamese and Pinoy goods. Staff speaks Cantonese. Favorite Asian market in Salem by far.

Employee were very rude and unfriendly specially the Guy I'm only asking for price because I could not find it but This hispanic guy was. Agressive rude and tripping off. As a costumer it's not my Job to try to find out the price even if its new item they should had it labeled somewhere or at least try to get the price for me as a courtesy. Just letting the upper management know about this very bad experience. This Guy was extremely not helpful. In my opinion "this ls very bad for a business". Watch out for this Guy!!! I might start to buy from the other competative oriental store like que Hong market. Hey, watch out for this guy he's always aggressively angry.
